People Always Talking Bout…

S.O.S. Band - Just Be Good To Me
Beats International - Dub Be Good To Me
Silkk The Shocker - Just Be Straight With Me
No matter how anyone messes with this song it always ends up being a hit, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis are genius’. The first time i ever the original was when i was a kid ,it was the theme music for the “Richard Pryor: Here and Now” VHS. Richard says some inspirational stuff and this is played under it, when he stops talking the synthy hook drops and its crazy.
Now although i remember this Beats International Joint from Muchmusic, i got reintroduced to it because it always plays on the reggae station on Air Canada flights along with a bunch of other heaters. Also it never hurts to sample The Clash.
This Silkk is from my No Limit phase when I had a wall in my room dedicated to their ads from The Source, this was my jam.

nice post paul

yes the 2 hours of silence at the end of the s.o.s. track made for a hefty dl, but worth the wait.

Being a huge fan of this massive tune, I made a remix of it last year It’s out on sirkus recordings. Don’t want to be spamming you guys but if anyone is interested let me know I think we sold out so let’s drop off some mp3’s.
