A couple months ago Gavin of Bersa Discos gave me a few tracks like these, I freaked out and searched high and
low and found a bunch and put this mix together. Now, I never thought that tribal house would make to be a podcast but this Mexican stuff right now is crazy. Every song has 4-5 breakdowns and there’s sirens, old men, and kiddie melody loops everywhere. The weird thing is none of these dudes have websites, myspaces etc and if they do theygot like 3 friends or soemthing. I actually don’t know anything about the DJ’s doing this stuff except that they all must be friends cause of the 100 or so songs I got, they all got the same weird fun swing going on. I
heard that this music is called Guarachon, Tribal and a couple other things, I don’t know what to call it. We gave out this CD at SXSW and WMC Thanks to Myx and Urb,and if you got that CD you get a few extra tracks then what is on the podcast. Cheers!
